Cancellation, modification and no-arrival policy
A request to cancel or change a confirmed reservation is only accepted in writing by e-mail. Changes to the dates are subject to the availability of the residence, and the cancellation rules apply as stated below:
- Payments are refunded in full if the cancellation is made 21 days before the scheduled arrival.
- Payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 21 days before scheduled arrival or in case of no-show or late arrival.
- In the case of early departure, a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the unrealized, but agreed, nights is applicable.
Damage policy during the stay
In case of damages that may be caused during the stay, the tenant of the residence is considered absolutely responsible and is obliged to pay the damages. The monetary cost of the damage is ascertained by an independent professional, based on the nature of the work that will be required to repair the damage.
